TotalMED Subic Ambulatory and Multispecialty Center was formally launched last February 29, 2008. Ribbon-cutting ceremonies were headed by SBMA Administrator Armand Arreza, Dr. Luzviminda Ricardo and Dra. Vicki Belo of Belo Medical Group. Also present in the ceremonies are the representatives of Med Central, MedTecs, Nibo-David Links and TotalMED officials headed by Dr. Raymond Ricardo.
