Step 3
We require a deposit to secure your booking. When
we receive your deposit, we will confirm your schedule, your date of
surgery, and your appointments for other treatments you may have requested.
Our standard payment terms.
Upon acceptance of our quotation, a “good
will” deposit of about 10% of your estimated cost is required
to secure your booking. The balance is payable prior to the surgery
and may be paid by cash, credit card or travelers checks.
This balance may be paid directly to the hospital,
hotel booking agency, and other service providers as required.
Upon consultation with your surgeon, if you decide to make changes to
the planned procedures, your costs will be revised immediately up or
down as needed to reflect the changes made from the original booking.
Cancellation policy.
Should you cancel within 45 days of your arrival
in Bangkok, there is no refund. However, we will hold your deposit on
account for one year to give you the opportunity to reschedule. Otherwise,
your deposit less our service fee is refunded.
Step 4
We will request a medical history from you. This
must be completed in detail and returned to us. It will be included
in the file we give your doctor. You will also receive pre-surgery instructions
at this time.
We'll also give you a link to the client portion
of our web site, where you will find travel tips, details about your
stay, and other valuable information about Subic and the Philippines.
Step 5
As soon as possible, provide the full details of
all your travel arrangements, including all flight numbers, date and
time of your departure from home and your arrival in Subic, and date
and time of your departure from Subic.
